These terms cover the WarrantyDesk early-access waitlist. WarrantyDesk is a future product for issuing and verifying warranty certificates — the product itself is not available yet, and these terms describe what signing up today does and doesn't mean.

What this service is right now
WarrantyDesk is in early access. What's live today is a sign-up form for a waitlist — not a working certificate or verification product. By using this site and submitting the founding form, you're asking to be notified when the product launches, nothing more.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. We do not ask for payment details, and there is no subscription to cancel — Solo and Team plans only come into effect once the product launches and you actively sign up for one.
The founding discount
Joining as a founding user gets you 50% off your first three months once WarrantyDesk launches, plus early access ahead of general release. This offer applies to the account tied to the email you used to join the waitlist, and it's honoured at launch — it's not a discount on anything available today.
No guarantee of launch or dates
We're building WarrantyDesk in good faith, but we don't guarantee a launch date, that the product will launch in any particular form, or that it will launch at all. Being on the waitlist doesn't create any right to the finished product or to any specific feature.
Limitation of liability
The waitlist is provided as-is, free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, WarrantyDesk isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from joining the waitlist, including if the product is delayed, changed, or never launches.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product moves from waitlist to launch. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in a reasonable way — for example, by email or a notice on this site.
